Club Anya & Friends – Day 3 Preview

Hello my friends. I am jumping with excitement as I get ready to show you our last preview for CA&F today. This is by far my fav this month and right there on the top of my list of everything Marie has done that are my favs. Today we are showing you a “wicked” Creeper girl and her name is Thursday. You might say she is Cuddle Anya’s older, badder sister, at least that’s what we think she looks like. You all know that none of Marie’s images can be bad in the mean sense of the way but this girl is totally “the bomb” in my book. Meet Thursday.

Thursday-1

Oh yeah, what did I tell you. Isn’t she just a total “bad girl”????? I LOVE her and she was soooooo much fun to color. Don’t you just adore her hat, so much like Cuddle Anya’s? Well, of course I had to do her in bright colors (duhhhhh…) because that is the only way I can picture her. Outgoing, sassy and totally “the bomb”. LOL.

If you want to win her you know what you have to do. Leave a comment on all the DT member’s blogs because she is hidden on one and you have to find her. Is she going to go home with you? Find out tomorrow. Here’s the list of all the girls. Make sure you don’t miss any comments to find out where Thursday is.

We will also be announcing a SPECIAL contest that starts tomorrow too. Isn’t CA&F just awesome for all the fun things they do?I’ll see you back here tomorrow morning for more details about the FUN contest. Yay!!!

Hugs,

Pam

There She Goes – Just For Fun

Hello and happy Thursday. I made another card today just for fun. Woohoo for me!!! LOL. I used the set Side By Side from There She Goes and paired it with some new October Afternoon paper from Jacksonbelle Embellishments. One more thing, I do not have good Vanilla paper to color on with Copics so my coloring is not very good on the main image. I ordered some better vanilla paper today. Let me know what you think please.

Just For the Heck of It

Hi friends and how are you this Sunday morning? How do you like the name of this post? Well, that’s exactly what I did. A card “just for the heck of it”. No challenge, no requirement, nothing. I couldn’t wait to use the new set Rose again that was released this past week by the Little Paper Shop. I made a Mother’s Day card for my mom. She loves everything vintage so I hope I achieved that look on this card. You know me, normally bright with no vintage allowed. LOL. Let me know what you think.

    Roses-2

I’m really happy with how my card turned out even though it’s not a “me” card.

Thanks for stopping by today and I’ll see you back here tomorrow with a couple of challenge posts.

    Chapter 10: Queen of Tarts…..

"On this the White Rabbit blew three blasts on the trumpet, and then unrolled the parchment scroll, and read as follows:

"The Queen of Hearts, she made some tarts, All on a summer day: The Knave of Hearts, he stole those tarts, And took them quite away!"

Uh ohhhhhhh...someone has stolen the Queen's Tarts! That's a no-no! We need to restore the sweetness back to Wonderland, don't you agree? That means it's time for a sweet treat here... or maybe a mushroom or two? I think I saw one floating around here that said "Eat Me" ;)

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to incorporate FOOD into this week's project! Everyone loves a little treat, right?

We have ANOTHER TREAT for you today... and it's a rather LARGE and generous portion!

    We are thrilled to welcome...

CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS as our sponsor this week!

The fabulous prize? A whopping $25 Gift Certificate to the Clear and Simple Stamps Store! We are so excited and grateful and can't wait to see what delectable delights YOU come up with... and also to see who the random winner will be!

Please have your entries in by FRIDAY April 30th at 8PM CST to enter to win the Gift Certificate and be sure to stop by the CLEAR AND SIMPLE STAMPS store to savor the sweetness they have for sale!

We can't wait to see what delectable delights YOU come up with! Please use keyword OAC10 when uploading the a public gallery...thanks!

Here is my card using a new digi image called HG Classy from The Greeting Farm. It’s this week’s free digi to random commenter's. She is from the Hope & Grace line.

Thanks for stopping by and I’ll see you back very soon. Have a great weekend.

    Somewhere ……..

CHAPTER 9: Somewhere in the Sunny, Sketchy, Afternoon...

Alice in Wonderland, how do you get to Wonderland?
Over the hill or underland, or just behind the tree?
When clouds go rolling by, they roll away and leave the sky.
Where is the land beyond the eye, that people can not see, where can it be?
Where do stars go, where is the crescent moon?
They must be somewhere in the sunny afternoon.
Alice in Wonderland, where is the path to Wonderland?
Over the hill or here or there, I wonder where.

    Flutter By Wednesday – FBW105

Hello and happy Wednesday. I have ALWAYS enjoyed Danni’s Flutter By Wednesday challenges but due to time limitation I am having to cut back on my stamping responsibilities. I have retired from the Flutter By Wednesday DT effective this week. I want to send a BIG thank you out to Danni for believing in me and letting me be on her awesome team. It was LOTS of fun. I have done the FBW challenge for this week. The challenge is open which means you just need to put a Butterfly, Fairy or Angel on your card. Here is my card using All That Scraps C.C. Designs Swiss Pixies Kit #1. This card is for the sketch challenge over at StampTV-STVSCVD06. My card is being mailed a couple of days before this post goes live to a special friend that means the world to me.

    Mercy’s Tuesday Sketch Challenge - MTSC69

Hello and happy Tuesday. It’s time for another FABULOUS sketch by my sweet friend Mercy. I used some stamps today that I got at the All That Scraps store close to my home.  The images are from their Swiss Pixies Kit #1. This is a Limited Edition set so get yours while you can. Once the sets are gone she will have all the images for sale separately but you can get the set now for almost half the cost as they are when they are sold as individual images. Here is a pic of Mercy’s sketch and my card with the sketch flipped on it’s side and the small circle moved to the other side of the main image panel.

Now check out what my sisters have as inspiration for you today.
