All That Scraps–Preview Day #4

Hello friends and happy Saturday. Today we are previewing some C.C. Designs Cutters. We are showing you two, Balloons and Squiggles. I paired them with a new image releasing this week too called CUPCAKE BIRGITTA. Here is my card.
