Jen's DECONSTRUCTED SKETCH

Hello friends and happy Thursday. I'm here to bring you a card for this week's challenge on Jen’s Deconstructed Sketch blog.

Today I used one of the NEW images from ALL THAT SCRAPS called C.C. Designs Laugh Lines Christmas Car. I love this image so much. I wanted to show you that it could also be used as an every day image and not just for Christmas. The sentiment is from the AmyR set Fence Sentiments. The paper, which by the way has my fav colors purple and green, is from the Bo Bunny Garden Girl 6x6 paper pad. Here is Jen's wonderful sketch and my card.

If you’d like to join us this week all you need to do is create a project using the above sketch as inspiration. There are no specific image requirements for this challenge. ALL THAT SCRAPS–October Previews Day 3

Hello everyone and happy Wednesday. Did you enjoy all the sneak peeks yesterday? Well wait until you see what we have to show you today from All That Scraps. And remember these new October release images and dies are already in the store so go grab them up.

Today’s previews are from the amazingly talented Amy Young. She has several adorable Sweet November images for you to see. For my card today I used MISTLETOE JOSIE. The sentiment is from the set HANDY CHRISTMAS GREETINGS. The mistletoe I have used in two different places on the card is a new die called MISTLETOE. The paper is from the 6x6 paper pad by Jillibean Soup called Christmas Eve Chowder.  Here is my card.

Amy has several cute Sweet November Fairwees that are new for this release. You’re going to love them all.

ALL THAT SCRAPS–October Previews Day 2

Hello everyone and happy Tuesday. Did you enjoy all the sneak peeks yesterday? Well wait until you see what we have to show you today from All That Scraps. And remember these new October release images and dies are already in the store so go grab them up.

For my card today I used REINDEER LIGHTS. The sentiment is sold by itself and its called SPARKLY WISHES. The gorgeous string of lights across the bottom is a new die called CHRISTMAS BULBS. I cut it out in several colors and pieced it to make different colored lights on the string. If you look at the close up pic you can see that I added Crystal Effects to make them look like they are really burning. The inside of my card uses a NEW sentiment set called HANDY CHRISTMAS GREETINGS. Here is my card, inside and out.

I am just so in love with this little guy. Isn’t he adorable?

ALL THAT SCRAPS–October Previews Day 1

Hello everyone and happy Monday. Can you believe it’s October already? There is definitely a nip in the air here which I am totally enjoying after the 100 degree weather all summer. How is your weather?

We have some adorable images to show you today from All That Scraps. Our October previews start today and all I can say is WOW!!! You are going to LOVE what we have to show you. We have some cute holiday images for this release.

For my card today I used BABY JESUS and ANGEL. It comes with the sentiment “A Child is Born …..” that I have on the bottom outside of my card and the star image is also included. The inside of my card uses a NEW sentiment set called HANDY CHRISTMAS GREETINGS. Here is my card, inside and out.

Isn’t it fantastic? I just LOVE this mini set. Can’t wait to make some Christmas cards with it.

ALL THAT SCRAPS–September Previews Day 2

Hello and happy Tuesday my friends. Welcome back to another day of awesome previews for ALL THAT SCRAPS. I promised you a SPOOKY preview today but it’s actually an ADORABLE SPOOKY preview, LOL.

I am showing you a CUTE Halloween image today from the new line that Christine has drawn called C.C. Designs LAUGH LINE. I have used WITCH LAUGH and have paired her with a sentiment from the GHOSTLY GREETINGS stamp set that is also being released this month. On the inside of the card I am previewing a new C.C. Cutters die called SPIDER CHAIN. The patterned paper is from the  Authentique Glowing Bundle 6x6 Paper Pad. Here is my card, inside and out.

Isn’t she adorable? I used two different sentiments from the GHOSTLY GREETINGS set, one on the front of the card and one on the inside. How about that SPIDER CHAIN die? Doesn’t it make a cute border?

ALL THAT SCRAPS–September Previews Day 1

Hello everyone and happy Labor Day. We have some special surprises to show you today from All That Scraps. Our September previews start today and all I can say is WOW!!! You are going to LOVE what we have to show you. We have tons of Halloween images for this release and a few everyday images.

For my card today I used one of the everyday sets called Fence Sentiments. I paired it with a new C.C. Cutters die called Spooky Fence. You can use this die for everyday occasions, like I did, or for a ghostly fence on any of your Halloween scenes. I wanted you to see how versatile it is. I also used some paper from the My Minds Eye line. Here is my card, inside and out.

Isn’t it fantastic? Along with the BIG Smile image there is also one that says “Hello” and one that says “You”. There are several addition sayings in this set, like the one I have on the inside of my card. I just “heart” this amazing set.

All That Scraps–Getting My Vintage Groove On

Hey friends and happy Sunday. I hope you have been well. Can you believe it is almost summer? 90 degree weather here makes it feel like it’s been summer for a while. Love it though.

I made a card with a new set that was released this month from All That Scraps. The stamp set is called C.C. Designs Butterflies Postage. I also used the new Butterfly die that matches this set. I made a vintage card (which is totally not my style at all) but I have to say that I really like how it turned out. I really like this stamp set too. So many possibilities. Here is my card.

REVIEW PREVIEW–May Stamps

Hello and happy Tuesday my friends. It has been a while since I have posted to my blog. I am really enjoying the beautiful weather that the Lord has blessed us with lately and I have been staying outside, sitting in my swing and soaking it up. I have missed talking to you though.

Today, I have a card for you featuring 3 of the NEW images released this month in addition to two of the NEW dies. I used these stamps: C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Cute Birgitta Rubber Stamp, C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Lamp Post Rubber Stamp, C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Stone Wall Rubber Stamp … and these dies: C.C. Designs Cutters Dottie Trim Die, C.C. Designs Cutters Butterflies Die. The patterned paper is from the Kaisercraft 6x6 Paper Candy Lane paper pad. Here is my card.

Thank You Butterfly Birgitta

Hello and happy Thursday friends. I have a card to show you today that I made with some C.C. Designs images from All That Scraps. These stamps have been some of my all time favs for a couple of years now and I am so EXCITED to be on the DT now. I feel so blessed.

Today, I used C.C. Designs Butterfly Birgitta DIGI Image. The sentiment is from the NEW C.C. Designs Tags It Rubber Stamp & Die Set. The main image was stamped and colored on the Copic X-Press Blending Cardstock. Ladies, if you have never used this cardstock with your Copics then I want to tell you how awesome the colors blend when using it. So easy!!!! Here is my card.

I also used this week’s sketch from Splitcoast SCS323 (flipped on it’s side). Here is a pic of it.
