Edward and Bella and Valentine's Day

Hello and happy Monday. It's time for Club Anya & Friends Monday Mania. Our challenge today is brought to you by Caz of A Load of Old Blogocks. She has challenged us to use Anya and Ian as a couple on our project. Wow, did my mind ever start spinning on this one. I'm not much of an alterer but I had an idea and I hope you like what I came up with. Well, I am one of those totally addicted Twilight fans and when I saw this challenge I just knew that I had to make an Edward and Bella love card. If you are a Twilight fan then you know that Bella does not like to wear dresses or anything but jeans or sweatpants. So here is my card with Edward and altered Bella................

So what do you think of my altered My Guy Ian into Bella using one of Miss Anya's heads? This is pretty much exactly how Bella dresses in the movies and I just couldn't pass up the chance to make this card when I thought of it. I hope you like it. And how about that Sugar Rush Basic Grey paper from Jacksonbelle Embellishments? It's the perfect Valentine's paper.

Here are the pics of the Copics I used. I separated the markers to show which ones I used for Edward and which ones I used for Bella.

Here are Edward's...............

And here are Bella's..............

I hope you enjoyed looking at my card today as much as I enjoyed making it. I will be back shortly with a post from the Little Paper Shop. I'll talk to you soon.

CA&F's Sketchy Saturday 1

Hello and happy Sunday. I'm late getting this post up since the sketch was for yesterday on the Club Anya & Friends blog, sorry. Yesterday was our first Sketchy Saturday for our weekly sketch challenges that CA&F will be bringing to you now. Ladies, I am so excited that CA&F is now mainly a CHALLENGE blog, aren't you? We will be having a sketch EVERY Saturday with a prize on the first Saturday of every month. The other Saturday's are just for fun but we all could use a little inspiration, right? Here is our first sketch...........

And here is my card..............

Did you notice the cute Sweater Anya image I used on my card? Marie gave all the DT members a Sweater Anya and Sweater Ian image as a present for the holidays. These two images are for the DT members only. I tell you what ladies, Marie, Jess and TGF know how to make their girls feel special. Thank you Marie and Jess for all that you do for us!!!

Check out that new (or new to me LOL) Cosmo Cricket Nutmeg paper that I got from the Jacksonbelle Embellishments store. Love it!!!

Thanks for stopping by today. I will be back with two post for tomorrow. One for the Little Paper Shop and one for Club Anya & Friends. Talk to you soon.

CA&F's Wild Card Wednesday - CASEing Robin McK

Hello and happy Wednesday. Is it cold where you are? It is just absolutely freezing here. They are predicting a small snow accumulation here so they have already closed a lot of the local schools for tomorrow, but not my son's, yet anyway. We hardly ever get snow where I live so when we do the city pretty much closes down. No one around here knows how to drive if there is 1/16" of snow on the road. LOL. Bless us Southerners!!!

Have you been over to the Club Anya & Friends blog today and checked out their Wild Card Wednesday challenge? Since the CA&F blog is mainly a challenge blog now each Wednesday's challenge is called Wild Card Wednesday. One of the DT members will be picking out a challenge for the WCW each week. It could be a sketch challenge, a color challenge, a CASEing challenge, supply challenge, etc. The winner each week will win a digi Anya, Ian, Sprout or HG of their choice except for today, our first WCW, and the winner of today's challenge will win a RUBBER Anya, Ian, Sprout or HG of their choice. Can you say Woohoo?? Please see this post for all the official rules. Today's challenge happens to be a CASEing challenge and we are to CASE the uber-talented Robin McK. I have to admit I was new to Robin's blog but when I took a look around she just about blew me away. Talk about talented. If you have not been to her blog you need to check her out. She will definitely inspire you. Here is the card of Robin's to CASE...............

And here is my card using Easter Anya also..............

And here is a pic of the Copics I used..............

Make sure you add your card to the TGF Galleria no later Saturday, January 9th, at 9:00am CST to be qualified to win.

Thanks for stopping by today. I'll be working on some DT cards that I can't show yet so I may be MIA for a couple of days. Thanks for always stopping by and leaving me such sweet comments. Love my readers!!!

Hugs,

A Flutter By Wednesday BLOG HOP!!!

Hello and welcome to our fluttering hop!! We are excited to share with you our NEW Flutter By Wednesday blog and our new fluttering creations. If you are starting with me, please flutter back to the beginning of the hop at Danni's blog. We'd hate for you to miss a thing...you never know what you might see to inspire you! If you get lost along the way, you can always go back to Danni's blog where a master list of Flutter By Blog Hoppers is listed.

Our Flutter By Wednesday Challenge FBW91 for today has a theme of "NEW". We are to use anything on our project that is new or symbolizes something NEW to us. My card for today uses two things that are new to me. The first is some GORGEOUS Pink Paislee Cupid Collection Patterned Paper sold by Jacksonbelle Embellishments. I used both the front and the back of the paper. The stamp image is also new and it is C.C. Designs Swiss Pixie Heidi Among the Flowers from All That Scraps. I used Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge TESC96 for my layout. Here is my card..........

Here is a pic of Taylor's sketch (flipped on it's side on my card)..............

And here is a pic of the Copics I used.........

Your next stop to Flutter to is Nicola. Thanks so much for joining us in celebrating our new Flutter By Wednesday's Blog. I'll talk to you soon.
