Welcome, welcome, welcome my friends. We have a preview of a new stamp set from the Little Paper Shop being released on Tuesday, the 16th, called MOMENTS. This is a wonderful sentiment set that I fell in love with the MOMENT I saw it. One random commenter on the LPS blog will win this stamp set. Please see the LPS blog for all the details. Well let's get right to it then. I made my card using Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge, TESC100.

CHD (Congenital Heart Defects) Awareness Week

Hello my friends. I wanted to do another post this week to remind you of CHD Awareness Week. To honor the work that the Stolley Children's Hospital does towards research for this terrible disease, Allison created a digital stamp set, with a twist. Titled "Broken Hearts for Broken Hearts", it will be available at the Little Paper Shop for a donation of five dollars. All the proceeds (save any PayPal transactions fees) will be donated to the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton to aid in research and the purchase of specialized equipment.

To make this stamp set serviceable to a wide audience (and not just on the subject of CHDs), Allison created it to fill a niche for those bittersweet moments of love. Give a card to your lovesick teen, make up from a fight with your partner or just celebrate Anti-Valentine's Day with your girlfriends! Here is another card I made with this adorable set using Monday's MOJO Sketch MOJO125......

Fluttered by a Fairy

Hello my friends and happy Wednesday. It's time for another AWESOME challenge from our Flutter by Wednesday blog. This week's challenge, FBW96, is Love Themed. The theme of love is however you would like to interpret it. Love sentiment, love colors, whatever you decide. For my card I wanted to use one of The Greeting Farm's fairies so I chose Spring Fairy and I colored her up with some Spring colors and used some Spring paper from Jacksonbelle Embellishments from the Imaginisce 12x12 Lucy Bird Glitter Pack. I love this image and I love this paper and I think they both go so well together. What do you think?...........

I took a pic of the Copics I used but I kinda messed up. I was going to add some blue to hew wings also but then decided not to but I forgot to take the blue Copics out of the stack of markers for the pic. I did not use BG000, BG10 or BG01 but I did use the rest.

So what do you think of my card? I hope you like it because I really like how it turned out. We hope you can play along with our Loved theme challenge this week. Love is in the Air with Jacksonbelle

Hello and welcome back to my blog this morning. It's time for Jacksonbelle's Tuesday Challenge, JBE092, LOVE is in the Air!!! Use colors, embellishments, etc…that represent LOVE to you!!! Just use your imagination!!! For my card I used a new Kraftin' Kimmie stamp called Yvette. I paired her with some of my fav My Mind's Eye Be Loved Patterned Paper. Both are available at the Jacksonbelle Embellishments store. I used three (3) border punches across the bottom too. I love layering them. Here is my card............
