Hello friends and happy Monday. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I know I did. It is so beautiful here in the Southern US but oh so HOT!! It was in the high 90’s this weekend and miserably humid. You pretty much only had two choices. One, stay inside or two, stay in the pool. I decided to do a little of both. Swam with Garrett on Saturday and stayed in and stamped on Sunday. Fun, fun, fun!!!
This week’s challenge from There She Goes is brought to us by our Trendsetter of the Week, Sandra! She is asking us to rip it, tear it, sponge it, wrinkle it, distress it…anything to get your creation dirty! We can’t wait to see what you come up with for this spectacular and shabby challenge!
To be eligible for the giveaway, you are to create a card that has been “roughed-up”, then come back to the TSG Blog to add your name and a link to your project in the Mr. Linky that is located at the bottom of the challenge post.
Unfortunately, again today, I did not look at my calendar before I made my card for this challenge so I did not follow the rules. I am so sorry my friends. You can check out the other DT members blogs as I’m sure they did. I used my ROFL Taglines set for the first time for this card. I just LOVE the sayings that Jessica made with this set. I also have a close-up pic of the two different sentiments on my card so you can see them. Let me know what you think please.
Are those sentiments hilarious? I can’t wait to send this to a friend.
This challenge is open until the winner has been announced on the following Monday (May 21st). The winner will get a $5 gift certificate to use in the TSG Web store!
By participating in this challenge, you may also find yourself in the Trendsetting Spotlight that shines on the TSG Blog every Thursday. We will be on the look out to find challenge cards that stand out and show Trendsetting qualities. TSG stamps are not required to participate in the challenges but are appreciated :)
You do not need to have a blog to be able to participate in the TSG Challenges! You can simply add the URL link from your project after it has been uploaded to your online craft gallery. If you upload your card to an online craft gallery, please use the keyword TSG59 so we can check out your beautiful work!
Thanks for checking me out today and I will be back shortly with another post for today.
Hugs,
Pam
