Hello friends and happy Wednesday. It's time for another All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge. Our challenge for you today is a “BIRTHDAY THEME”. I used a NEW digi that Amy Young drew for All That Scraps. It will be available in the store for purchase on November 15th. My card uses Penelope with Balloon. She is so stinkin’ cute.
