Hello friends and happy Wednesday. It's time for another All That Scraps Wednesday Challenge. Our challenge for you today is “GIFT CARD HOLDERS”. I used a NEW image that Amy Young drew for All That Scraps. My gift card holder uses Penelope & Juniper. You can find the directions I used for my gift card holder here.
